Care Aware Helpline & Advocacy Service
The CareAware Advocacy Service provides a one-stop facility with free advice, information and guidance on all aspects of care including care fee funding, protecting assets, legal issues, access to help from specialist advisory organisations, benefit entitlement and information literature.

Age Concern and Help the Aged have joined forces and together aim to improve later life through information and advice on issues from health through to housing; financial and other services; campaigns to raise awareness; products including insurances, energy packages, funeral plans and home aids; and training/research.

Stockport Adult Social Care
Part of Stockport social services, Stockport Adult Social Care can provide information, advice and guidance on long and short-term care including funding and assessments. You may be allocated a representative known as a Care Manager.
